05 gto intake kit

has anyone looked up the 05 gto air intake kit.. i wuz working on a gto the other day and saw that the elbow on that intake kit wuz really tight just like the rado i wuz thinking of trying it out..if anyone has any info our ideas please reply

also has anyone checked out the long tube headers from pacesetter we had a 6.0 block that i wuz helping build in our shop that wuz going into a camaro and we had to use these long tube headers cuz of the camaros steering links and the long tubes bended away from the steering linkage..and well wat im wondering is since are clearence is so close with the headers i wuz wondering if those headers would work for are truck if anyone has ideas please post

this guy swapped the stock 5.3 for a ls7 and used the kooks 1-7/8 long tubes for the trailblazer ss and he had to notch the motor mounts and stuff. he did say the f-body shortys should fit with out having to trim anything. he talks about headers a little bit in both threads

wow that ls7 swap wuz preety nice..thanx for the info i would rather run long tubes then shortys but we will see i also heard that kooks have headers for are truck not sure though have you heard anything about that...and have you seen the intake for the gto

it been some time since i looked for headers but i will look, and i looked at the K&N CAI for the gto but i think it come out to far from the throttle body and wont fit are trucks
